Hey there! I'm a firefighter's wife who's been riding this crazy train for almost twenty years now. I've got three incredible kids keeping me on my toes - ages 9 to 14, so you know my house is never quiet! I used to be a nurse, but honestly? I found my real purpose once I stepped away from those hospital halls.
When I made the jump into holistic health and wellness, something clicked for me. I finally put words to what so many of us fire families live with every single day - this life can feel incredibly isolating and lonely. The challenges are real, and sometimes it feels like nobody else truly gets what we're going through.
